Refund policy

All items are handmade and may possess minor flaws. Insurance up to $100 is provided free of charge and may be claimed through the postage carrier if shipping results in damage. Custom orders will be approved by the buyer prior to completion of each production step.

All sales are final. No returns and no refunds.
